Notes:

1. You can make hotel reservations by clicking the button above. Please book in advance as rooms are limited.

2. The 1 king bed standard room includes only one breakfast. If you require additional breakfast, an extra charge of RMB 150 per serving will apply.
   

3. The system is mainly used for collecting information and reserving rooms for you. Payment is made to the hotel on site. If an invoice is required, you can contact the hotel to provide it.

4. If you change your itinerary or cannot attend the conference, please modify your booking status or cancel the reservation in the system in time. Please note that we will keep your reservation for a maximum of 24 hours. If your reservation is not checked in before 24:00 that night, your room will be cancelled.
