Important Notice for authors

- At least one author should complete registration in the system after receiving Acceptance Notification.

1. Registration Fee

Note:

1. The early bird discount will be valid until Sep. 5, 2026 23:59 Beijing Time (UTC/GMT +8.00).

2. Please be advised that Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status. Student rate will not be applied for students who have a full-time job.

3. Registration Fee Includes:

- Admission to all conference workshops, plenaries, sessions, and posters.

- Meals during the conference

- Conference program book and bag.

2. Payment Methods

Shanghai Learning Conference Information Service Co., Ltd. is the partner company who is in charge of all the financial affairs for ESIT 2026.

(1) Payment Method (Mainland China):

Alipay(Pay online)

Select "Alipay" when registering online. The system will automatically jump into the Alipay scan-code payment page. This online payment type do not need to remark anything.

UnionPay(Pay online)
Select "UnionPay" when registering online. The system will automatically jump into the UnionPay scan-code payment page. It supports wechat, Alipay and Bank APP to pay.

3. Changes of Registration

Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your registration account.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Any bank charge or service charge entailed by the refund have to be borne by the registrant.  Participants may, however, transfer the registration to another person, instead of cancelling.

- An official writing to the Secretariate of ESIT 2026 by email is required. (ESIT@learningconf.cn)
